Las Casitas

Just finished off our year at las casitas and i would like to say going into this apartment i was skeptical because the front office staff at the time was very rude, and very unfriendly almost as if the residents were and inconvenience. Once the new management took over it completely changed my experience Brittney the front office manager and Nicole also in the front office from day one of them coming in and taking over have made changes to better the community and just the overall experience. Maintenance has also been amazing from the moment we’ve moved in the same guys have been there for the duration of our lease and they’ve always been so helpful and on top of any issues we’ve put in service request for. Usually done same business day or the following. Unfortunately our family out grew the apartment and had to make the move otherwise we would still be renting since they are the nicest apartment homes in hesperia. Especially if you’re first moving to the area and trying to get the feel of being up the hill. It’s close to shopping centers and fast food, and the freeway. Overall 5 stars thanks to the front office and maintenance!! If your looking for an apartment in the high desert pick these ones.🙌🏼

I moved here in November, and it has been nice so far. It is normally a very quiet area and luckily when I moved in, the complex had just went under new management, and Brittney is the BEST. She is awesome at communicating, and any time I have gone to the office with questions or needed support her and Nicole have been extremely helpful.

The only downfall is just the overall build of this place. I wish they would have designed the units with some common sense lol The walls are super thin and when you live next to inconsiderate people it can be a drag. There is also not enough storage room so that sucks. But its still a cute little place.
