IT TOOK TWO HOURS TO DO A 2 MINUTE PROCEDURE... IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO GET MY EYE DROPS.. AS FOR DR BEKENDAM, HE WAS GOOD. EXPLAINED WHATS GOING ON AND PROCEDURE..

The wait time was not unreasonable. It was crowded, but there was enough seating. All of the staff were pleasant and professional. I really like Dr. Bekendam, also. It's always a good experience when I am there.

He is polite and friendly and let's me know what if my eyes are doing better or if if not then he leaves it up to me when I'm ready to move forward he is a very good Doctor. I just wish he could work at the Apple Valley office at least one day a week that would be so close to my home.

Dr Bekendam performed the test and checked for my right eye after I have fall and having blacken around the right eye along with the pain . The doctor throughly examined and inspected my eyes so carefully and I feel so much gratitude for his kindness with the way of gentlenesses in examining my eye which it is still tender

I had an excellent visit at the Pacific Eye Institute. Hesperia.
I was greeted at the window of the reception area warmly.
The office women were courteous and with a welcoming smile.
It was my first time there and I couldn't have been treated better.
The exam was perfect and Aaron, who was the pre exam tech,
was friendly, courteous and proficient and he certainly knew what he was doing.
Dr. Bekendam , was kind and proficient and very professional,
I felt confident with his manner and his presence .
At first, I was fearful of this exam, however I was quickly put as ease and made very comfortable.
