  This place has long deserved a 5 star review because the quality of food I always relieve from here. Today I realized it even more so when Marina reminded me there is still people who really do care about there customers. A mix up in new menu and just busy environment caused a issue with my order and Marina took the time and attention to deal with my issue until it was resolved over and beyond what I wanted. This was and still is the only Wendy's I will eat at.

  Heather and Jacqueline WERE AWESOME ... its SO cold up here... and they had the BEST customer service by far. Ladies keep up the awesome job... you never know whos day you'll make...

  This is by far the BEST Wendy's location!!!
  One would think that with it being inside a Pilot truck stop, the service ans food would be lacking. Quite the contrary:
  The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly. Even on their busy day, the service is exceptional as well as the quality of food.
  Joanne is my favorite! She always greets us and sends us on our way with full bellies and a smile.
  My favorite Wendy's, hands down!!!!

  Very friendly, quick bite to eat off of the 395. My favorite spot to stop, get gas, go the bathroom and after grab some delicious Dave Burger. Employees dropped fresh everything for me. This location is rarely busy. Actually very quiet and calm during late hours. Travelers, this is a great location to stretch your legs. Employees here have been working off of 395 for a long time. The stop is worth it for nicknacks and gifts for anything about to think of. Have a headache or upset stomach there is a gas station an attached in door convenient store. Safe travels everyone.
