“First let me just say that this office is PHENOMENAL! The staff is very professional and super friendly. What I appreicate most is that the office is very clean and feels so warm and cozy. When I am in the waiting area the other patients are warm and friendly as well. Which leads me to believe that they are happy patients as well. Now onto the wait time...it is NOTlong at all. Each time that I come in for my appointment I wait no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend that anyone at any age come to this facility if your having troubles with your feet. And lastly, my doctor was Dr. Awad. He's phenomenal as well. He is very kind and truly cares about his patients. He has kept me very informed with each step in my process. He performed my sugery 2 weeks ago and that went well also. My recovery has been good. Thank you so much Crismali for treating your patients with so much care and concern. “I agree that connecting with someone on the phone is nearly impossible!! As far as the staff is concerned, they got rid of the cancerous, rude receptionist a while ago and there is one left and she is professional. She is always focused on her duties which is probably why she cannot answer the phone which used to upset me, but now I have come to accept the one drawback of this office. Dr. Ahluwalia is the BEST PSYCHIATRIST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED TO THIS DAY AND I HAVE ENCOUNTERED QUITE A FEW. She is extremely professional. One thing I noticed right away about this office is it is different than the other 99% of doctors offices in that it is not packed with patients all with the same appointment time. How can a doctor have two paitents both with an 8 am appt.? Her office is not overbooked which translates to better care for each patient.”
