The gps on my phone was no longer working and instead of simply pushing me to spend hundreds of dollars on an upgrade, the staff explained my options to me. They reported my phone as defective and my replacement was there within 2 business days. The folks that work here are always kind, courteous and have fantastic customer service skills. Staff was courteous, took the time to find me the best deals. Ran both insurances, calculated numbers for me, compared them to store deals. They are all AMAZING. Update: I have been here several times, both for my daughter, myself and my husband. Each time has been exceptional customer service. Exchanges have been easy. Really, no questions asked.
