“So, typically I read the reviews of places that I will spend my money on especially something like equipment for my child's band class and the customer service provided. I did not have the luxury of reading the reviews as I received a letter stating that my child needed their instrument yesterday (literally!) As I am writing my review, which I never write reviews, I see why this place receives such positive feedback! * I had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with Matthew, who is one the kindest people that I have met since moving to the High Desert. He was knowledgeable and, was familiar with my child's band teacher and knew what other accessories I would need really without me even asking for them. I had my two toddler girls with me, one of which fell asleep, my hands were full and Matthew asked several times if he could help me with anything, he offered to take my equipment to the car seeing that I was struggling a bit. Chivalry is not dead!! Matthew is truly an asset to this company. While I completed my transaction, I noticed that he treated EVERY customer with the same respect and eagerness to help. There was another friendly gentleman there as well and I did not get his name, but he offered some assistance when I was looking for additional accessories. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you!!”

“2 things I didn't care for, 1 they don't call you back when they say they will with updates, 2 it took longer than previously told( about 2 weeks longer) however, I know they had to reorder some parts. Now, the staff was exceptional, when I turned in my car the lady that checked me in made calls to insure my rental was taken care of and also called my Insurance Co to speed that up. The rep who was my liaison was always friendly even when I was getting mad about the extended time. You can not tell where I was hit, it looks amazing and they even washed the outside of it.”

“You can't find a more caring professional team than Francisco and Kim. They took their time, explained step by step what they were doing and listened to my concerns. My dog warn carpets look young again. They smell fantastic. My biggest concern when getting my carpets cleaned is the stale smell of the equipment. The equipment at High Desert Dry Carpet Cleaning was very clean and I was so happy. They were patient and took their time to do my carpets not hurying to get to another job. They were efficient as a team and the price was great for all that they did for me. I highly recommend them. I wish I had discovered them sooner. Been here 18 years and have used some not so great services that ended up saturating my carpets. My go to place and forever referral while I live in the High Desert is High Desert Dry Carpet Cleaning.”

I like how honest they are whether or not is worth fixing up the cars. They call us to give us updates when the car has been in there for a while & tell us step by step what the car needs. When I feel something is up with my car, I give them a call & always ask questions & they let me know whether or not i should take it in or what to do with the problem. We recommend everyone to them.
