“A pal of mine and I were on a road trip to Coachella music festival from Montana when my car, Gibbler, broke down in Hesperia. Just Go towed us cheaper and tried to fix its problem after they already closed. What sweetie pies. And not only that, they let us spend the night with our car in the shop and they let us watch Netflix on their computer! We were able to use the time to organize our car and take a sink shower(already been a long 2 day road trip and we really appreciated the bathroom access). Our only regret is not accepting a haircut when it was offered by one of the gentleman. What a memorable experience Just Go Automotive has given us. Thank you boys!!!”

“UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again. This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then there's a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesn't look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say they'll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you haven't found out yet what a lousy job they did. Needless to say, will never use them again.”
