“Rim Properties has been for me as a tenant the very best experience i have had. I've always felt connected to their staff through request I've have made and the maintenance team which services its residents promptly. Where else could you get free cable, internet, trash, cold water...attached garages at most of the 15 different properties, which includes a washer and dryer hook-up and a community washer and dryer at most properties. We have back yards, carports outside our apartments, which allows personal parking in 2 areas...carport and garage. Rim Properties maintains there properties with gardeners that come once a week. There's also a children's play area and soccer field at one of the properties. Rim Properties covers all needs and that's why i intend to live here till my dying day.”
