  Last week I was helped by Ivan who is the store manager, let me just start off by saying he went above and beyond for me, I drove about 45 min to this location because any other location I’ve been to near me have just been horrible I get no help! If I could give this store a 10 star review i definitely would! Thank you ivan and you’re team for all the help you guys gave me it was so worth the 45 min drive I will be coming here from now on!

  Switched my business account over to t mobile and I’ve never looked back. I acquired 3 lines and a tablet plan a few months back. I’ve saved a ton of money since the switch if I may add. In a few minutes of being at the store I knew I was in good hands from beginning to end .. I was informed of all the promotions not just what I asked for but in fact better offers then I was looking for. I’m in the process of transferring the rest of my lines over and I will be coming in to highland in the next few days to do so. I was assisted by an associate and who I believe was the store manager or supervisor the first time. I’ve been in a few more times since the switch and I’ve dealt with the manager and a few different associate multiple times and they all have been very professional and helpful every single time. My biggest thing was being able to walk away with phones in hand many of the other retailers I inquired with had to order my phones. I was also able to find a Bluetooth headset and speaker I was able to add to my plan at a very affordable price. And the selection doesn’t make it easy since I had like 5 different speakers to choose from.

  I was helped by who i believe was the store manager. He was extremely passionate about his job, made my experience unlike any other. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming while my account was being worked on. Another thing i may add is the inventory is outstanding from phones to accessories. If i may add i am the biggest neat freak and i have visited tons of cell phone retail stores and when i say this is one the the cleanest shops starting from the windows facing the road to the counters and work area. Highland you guys will always have my business and any recommendations for friends and family. I wish more stores would have the staff this location has i wouldn't have to drive an hour to get here but its word every mile when i do. Thanks again guys keep up the good work..
