But the dental procedure was far smoother because of the expertise of the dental staff at every step of the process. I knew I was in the hands of professionals from my first appointment with Dr. Higa. The front desk helped me with my insurance issues and I was able to schedule my very needed root canal. The Endodontist was exceptional, even finding an abnormal situation with my tooth, continuing on to complete the procedure. They were accomodating to my concerns about breathing, and being as comfortable as possible. I am thankful to this whole staff, a team of 4 worked with me in the back and their front desk handled the financing connection as I left. All my worries dissolved away.
