  Top notch company! The service techs are very punctual and professional. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with how clean they left my home after the service. Great customer service all the way around.

  Very professional staff. Everyone we interacted with had a positive friendly attitude. They recommended glass doors and log set that updated our tired fireplace. We are very happy with the final product.

  5 stars! Incredibe service. We just purchased our first home and I really wanted to be safe using the fireplace. A relative overheated it and burned the metal wood holder (grate), so I was a bit scared about using it again.
  
  From the initial phone call to the actual appointment, they were outstanding! They even knew the last time it had been serviced in 2011? Amazing.
  
  Living in a small mountain town, I wasn't sure how the prices or service would be. However, they showed up on time, answered my hundreds of questions (literally), came prepared with brochures and were incredibly patient when I asked my questions about fire safety, prefab fireplaces, wood types, inserts, etc.
  
  The gentleman who showed up explained everything clearly to me and helped me decide what my next steps are for heating my home with wood. He wasn't pushy and knew all of the brands and details without flinching. He inspected and cleaned both units, replaced parts and even cleaned the glass. He climbed on a ladder to get to the roof of our Victorian (not easy) watching out for our safety below which was important because my child was running around. He took notes on everything and sent me an estimate the next day for the prices I asked for certain items such as ceramic logs for the upstairs.
  
  Will be using them again and recommending them to everyone. The fire burns so much better now and I feel confident in using it properly.
