“This store is really great. Big enough to hold plenty of amazing stock yet small and personal enough so that the sales people feel like your personal shopper! I don’t know else how to articulate it. Jacob, in particular, was amazing. His knowledge and sales technique should be the script for anyone wanting to learn Sales 101 although I’m sure his skill, personality and knowledge are gifts, not something he learned. We only went into this store to browse and came out with 3 purses and a pair of sunglasses. As someone in retail management myself, I’m usually immune to sales patter but Jacob had my wife and I hooked! The fact that the prices and products were super too leaves me wondering what Jacob could have sold me had the deals been less attractive...????????. The only down side was that my wife wanted the last purse that Jacob wanted for himself...I’m hoping that was just a sales ploy but super sorry if not! If you find yourself in Lake Arrowhead, don’t pass up the chance to visit this store...ask for Jacob to complete an amazing shopping experience. ????”

Dr. Nisco's staff quickly responded to my text messages and the next thing I knew we were in their clinic getting the issue taken care of. The staff were so courteous and friendly, it was top notch service. The clinic, right in Lake Arrowhead Village, is state of the art with the latest technology. Highly recommended.”
