I’ve shopped around for storage at other company’s but StorQuest made the progress a breeze. The location is convenient, right next to home. The customer service is great. Megan is usually the one to help me if I have any questions or concerns about my unit. She’s personable, kind, and always willing to help. Great experience.

Megan was absolutely lovely with a great attitude! The storage spaces arent perfect, but it's getting the job done! It's definitely not as perfect as the kind assistant behind the desk!

There have been many turn overs of local managers at the Loma Linda facility. That being said, everyone has been VERY helpful, either on the phone, or in person. Always ready to solve any problems. Can’t point out any particular manager. They’ve all been trained well. Megan is the last that, I’ve encountered. Megan has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs. If we need storage, I’ll be back!
