(January 5, 2019, 10:54 am)Great for family, although some people do not understand this is a place for family and kids to be kids, our neighbors were getting upset due to our kids ( 2 children ages 7 and 5 ) playing and running around, and not on their site I may add, I heard the lady tell my kids to go away from her site ????????♂️ all this happened at 3:00 PM on Saturday, I have always emphasized respect towards others so I made them play something else, but again.... this is a recreational facility, if you are going to be bothered by other people than maybe you should purchase your own land and stay there. Even with all that, we did not let it ruin our family time. We will be speaking to the facility's representatives about the unpleasant experience. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. We will be back soon, looking to summer.

(November 27, 2018, 2:33 pm)Nice little place to get away. They stock nice sized fish pretty regularly. Only downside is when it gets full on weekends and holidays people dont abide by the noise curfew and stay up very late and are very loud. Especially if you are tenting.

(October 12, 2018, 12:00 am)My dad use to be the head of maintenance at Mountain Lakes. My boys grew up spending lots of time there with grandpa, and lots of good family memories were made there. Now 25+ years later my son is a member and is making memories with his wife and sons at Mountain Lakes. It’s a great place for families to make memories to last a lifetime!
