Wow! It was a great experience. Better than we thought it would be. The lady at the reception was super helpful and friendly. Alex was assigned to show us around. He was very acknowledged, patient and listened to our needs. He showed us different models, new and used that are for sale. Bryan and the staff that we met were kind. I went with my daughter and being women we don't often get the best customer service, but they made us feel welcomed. I'm so glad that this was the location we choose to go. Thank you Giant RV 😊

This is our second Coach from Giant RV in Montclair. This experience was exceptional from Doug the Sales Manager, our Sales Consultant Tyrone, the Rockstars of Finance Nora and Rigo, the meticulous work by Aaron in the shop getting it ready for delivery, to the walk through technical expert Jason.
