Used them many times before and it’s always been an easy process. This was the first time I rented a moving truck from this location to move my belongings out of my cabin in Big Bear. Really easy to drive and really surprised me at the gas mileage we got! It was a really easy and effortless process. Reserved on phone and picked up in an hour. Very quick. The staff was great too. Took us to look at see the 10 foot and 15 foot and we probably could have fitted everything in the 10 foot but they explained it didn’t come with a ramp so we got the 15 foot. Definitely needed the ramp. I’ve always had a good experience at this location……
