I want to start off by saying I've been to many Journey's Store all around So Cal and this store is by far the nices. I was having a rough day and I went into the store and there was a young women there who had the most wonderful customer service etiquette . Not only did she make my day brighter but she was able to help me in what I need. I was so blown away on how she treated me that I would diffently shop here again . Thanks again Benny for your help keep up the good work.
AMAZING SERVICE!! I came in with a gift card that obviously stated i needed it ???? there was an amazing employee by the name of ozzy (love) he was SO KIND! And went out of the way to get me my boots !! He made a few phone calls to get my gift card cleared so he could manually enter the card number so i wouldn't have to go all the way home and print the card and come back ! He was so patient I truly appreciate his services! I will be back soon !!!
