Ok so I’m new to this wax melt making journey and I didn’t know it included turning your spare bedroom into a complete lab lol. The measurements, the waxes the molds. Goodness. Then I called Starlight. Richard answered like we were old friends and when he couldn’t answer a question literally had his wife Clara call me back within five minutes and answered all my questions and more. She has over 15 years of experience and ever answer given was with care and complete knowledge of the craft. What touched me is when Richard said “ My little one is at home sick with Clara and I’ll have her call you “ I didn’t expect her to call so soon. I’ve raised 6 boys so I know how it is to have sick little ones. When she called back I was surprised and she answered every question offered to help me along my journey and even samples. Guess what guys I haven’t bought a single thing from them while writing this review. But the customer service has me hooked so although I appreciate the offering of the samples, I’m headed down to buy 50 pounds of wax today and fragrance oil because they are just an awesome pair and they went above and beyond. To end this she gave me her cell number and said text me anytime you get stuck. This is what you get when you continue to support small businesses like we candle /wax makers are trying to create. Absolutely wonderful purchasing experience. The website navigation and checkout was easy. My items were shipped quickly, were packed carefully, and arrived looking just like they were described. I had not heard of them a week ago but they will surely be my new go to for my wholesale supplies.
