Especially, after a chaotic hiatus of a car breaking down..Process started online through Capital One Auto and Subaru of Ontario's own website and literally within a few hours, car was delivered. Adrian Diaz from start to finish made the whole process seamlessly smooth. He was consistent with communication, processing paperwork, and updating about everything. Having a child with special needs and lots of energy had made it difficult for me to get there, but they were quite accommodating, by delivering in person safely. The pictures I saw online don't do the condition and beauty of the car justice. It was clean, in excellent condition, and drives beautifully!
