Ordered a pair of OTK boots, they were definitely cheap and could tell from how they were made, but still very cute and for something I didn't plan to wear a lot, they were great! If you are looking for something that you don't need as a solid staple to wear everyday though, great stuff. Mine arrived damaged though with a nick in the suede that was pretty noticeable, contacted customer service and had no issues getting everything returned very easily and got a full refund. My prepaid label for shipping back was already in my inbox by the time I was off the phone. Great customer service is always a plus for me, very quick to answer the phone and very helpful.
