My brand new 2022 Toyota Camry was not treated well by others. Both front and back passenger bumpers needed some help. Contacted Rafa with Best Collision Services Inc on Thursday. He said bring it in Friday and it was ready for pick up by Wednesday. No insurance companies involved, but Rafa was professional, provided excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and my car looks good as new! If you need body work done on your vehicle, highly recommend Best Collision Services Inc!

Best collision Services Inc. did a fantastic job on my black lifted 2021 Chevy Silverado trail boss. After getting rear ended and pushed into the vehicle to my front, my truck received both rear and front damage. No other collision shops would work on my truck due to the after market lift. Rafael said, no problem we can do it. He was very experienced with dealing with the insurance company and was very patient. He made us feel that the truck was in good hands and kept us informed at all times. My truck was ready and looking brand new in a timely manner. Approximately in 3 weeks, give or take. All parts were OEM and the truck was given back to me washed and waxed.
We totally recommend them if ever needed.

I went to Best Collision service in Ontario…& Rafael was nice and straightforward. I needed to get my car in right away & he took my car as soon as he could and dealt with Mercury insurance directly. The results were clean and well done. No complaints here. I would recommend his shop for responsive customer service. (He replaced passenger door, hub cap on tire, fixed fender with fresh black paint after a collision).

I definitely would recommend this place. I took my car in for an estimate and Rafael was straight forward and honest about everything that would need to be done then sent me an estimate within 30-45mins. He said it could take up to 10 business days to complete the work but him and his crew got it done in a week! And it looked great!

Great service with a quick turnaround. My car looks like new. Rafa and his crew did an amazing job on my car.
