Dave & Buster's Ontario

We were planning our 30 year high school graduation celebration and had many options. Dave & Busters were the winners with a great price and options. We had almost 80 people, and they handled everything with excellence.
Planning, preparation, and presentation they worked with us to the end. When we filled the tables, they quickly brought in an extra. Shots for the fallen Alumni, they were there. "Gettin' hot in here" they cranked the thermostat.
If we had one thing to add, we should have had a bartender in the room, but service was only 50 steps away to the main bar.
But a GREAT night all around. From set-up to teardown, they were great hosts.

Wow! It has changed a lot since we came here last time; it was for visiting only, not playing arcade games nor eating. There are a lot of new arcade games that I've never played before! Maybe someday I wanted to come here to play games!

Not too bad, it was a little busy but not many full tables. I know Its probably because not enough staff. Overall its not a bad establishment. The menu drastically changed from when i remembered it compared to Hawaii but it's probably where it is located. Food was decent and tasted pretty good. I would recommend this to those that enjoy finger foods and those who watch sports events and letting their kids play all the games they offer.

Dave and Buster’s has changed since the last time I had been there all good changes…. We had lunch there and I’m not going to say that the service was great and the food was awesome because that’s not true. The service was OK. Our orders didn’t come out all together so my daughter watched us eat and we were more than halfway done by the time she got her order, which I don’t appreciate that at all especially when you go out with your family to eat together…. After we had lunch we hit the games. Most of the games worked just fine but there was about three games that did not work and only one game were we compensated for the other ones we didn’t even complain. It wasn’t worth waiting there for somebody to come and then try to figure out what game we wanted to play, we just let it go so I can only imagine how many other families let things like that go and I found that to be very disappointing especially with how the economy is having to basically throw your money on games that don’t work but overall my family and I had a very good time

Food is hit or miss some times but today's trip it was just right.

If you're in the arcade expect to order food from the bar during the weekday.
