James The technician went to my mother's house in Lutz, Florida ,within a hour of time when she placed the phone call. I was amazed on the respect and the honesty. The technician James let my mother know, that she was still under warranty . So she was able to get it replaced for free. However, other companies would have took advantage of an elderly person. I know now Mr. Rooter Plumbing will be my number one pick in the future.

James came to the rescue when no one else would to fix my summer homes drain issue he was polite,professional,and very honest we recommended him to all of our friends.

It was way more expensive than I would've liked, but I know that these types of things are always expensive, sooo I was kinda expecting that. What I wasn't expecting was how helpful James M. was. He was efficient and friendly, and genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart. He advised me on preventative care and helped me get a replacement part through a warranty I hadn't even thought of. I will definitely be calling and asking for him again in the future.
