I dealt with Jesse Hurt, Senior Sales Manager, in 2020 to purchase a Generac generator for delivery from Ontario CA to Puerto Rico. I had it within a week by FedEx, just as he said. Two years later I've had some problems with the generator so I asked Jesse for help finding my order for warranty purposes. I had it by email within five minutes. Jesse and Imperial Industrial Supply are by far the most responsive and courteous supplier I have ever dealt with.
