Samsonite

A very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service. I was very impressed and surprised. You don't experience good customer like this anymore very rare.

I am absolutely so satisfied with my purchase at Samsonite. I'm not gonna lie, I walked into Tumi first. I had googled "luggage" in maps and that store came up. I went into Tumi and literally no one said anything to me. (pun not intended but glad that happened). NO customer service from Tumi. I browsed and saw the price tag for a small luggage. 700$+ gasped* and was like naaaaahhhh. I remembered Samsonite was down the hall and almost ran over. I honestly have been a Samsonite Stan for life. I found my 1st Samsonite at a goodwill, it had a vintage look but so sturdy. Now back to my experience, I walked into Samsonite and the employee was so welcoming. SANTANA, my dude, elite customer service. He talked about the pieces I was looking at, helped me, answered my questions and told me info that I didn't know I needed in my life. SO HELPFUL. He basically did a whole tutorial on my luggage, had to purchase it. plus, it's the cutest shade of green, very mint. I appreciate Santana taking the time to talk to me like that. I was totally confident with my purchase. I almost bought the small one but without trying to convince me, Santana brought up some good points. If I ever needed a bigger luggage for a longer trip or something, I'd be wasting my money on a small and worth a bigger one, I wouldn't have to come back. I was also reassured with my purchase when he filled me in about the warranty. my medium luggage didn't cost me over 300$ I am so happy. 10/10 if you're looking for luggage, Samsonite is the place to be. yo welcome.

Employees were helpful and amazing! No sales pressure! Found exactly what I wanted! Great quality too.

Got samsonite Backpack...cost like $189 very pricey..hopefully it stays good for the rest of the time
