Haven’t had the greatest experiences with Sketcher store in Anaheim so I was ready for NO help in Ontario Mills.
I was WRONG!! I asked for merchandise info from Christine and she was AWESOME! She took her time with me and had an awesome smile to go with it!! Way to help that store turn their reputation around!!!

Customer service is decent.. though it was hard to find some to help when I got there...
The store is clean and organized

I bought shoes online. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I went by the Skechers I currently wear and bought the same size. Maybe they adjusted their sizes. These shoes were at least 2 years old. Since I purchased online, they didn't have the exact shoes in store. Jacob helped me get a refund for the shoes that didn't fit. All that was needed was my emailed receipt. Then he helped me order the replacements in the correct size. Here's the big news.... BUYING IN STORE WAS 20% OFF!!!!! I'd recommend shopping both online and in store to compare prices.

I had some shoes to exchange that I had bought over a year ago and they happily did the exchange for me I got the new shoes for my son and I bought an extra pair they have 20% off discount right now for Easter that's a great deal. The cashier guy was very nice had great customer service and had a smile all the time. The ones that try to help you find shoes they have an attitude and they never help you find anything you got to do it yourself. But I give the cashier guy a five star I don't know his name he's about 6 ft tall blonde hair .

Very comfortable work shoes and also casual shoes. Friendly staff and helpful in finding the right fit.

She is great, explains things well, provides great treatment. The first dentist I'm not scared of!
