I work here as a pallet repairman, competitive wages great hours and especially appreciate the 4 ten hour shifts per week schedule. Also great opportunity for overtime and also for lateral or upward positions. But you must be a beast of a worker to make it here.

My husband is a OTR driver for this company (Mira Loma Terminal). And while the job fits our family's needs and my husband is more than pleased with his run to Iowa, Human Resources and the benefits coordinator in North Carolina, is horrible and 100% unprofessional. . Company states that medical benefits are effective after 30 days from the Date of hire. However, "due to system errors" on their end, we are now waiting an extra 3 weeks for medical insurance. They don't seem to want to listen to reason or listen to the facts stated in their policies. Nor are they interested in fixing the errors they caused. Completely inept!
My husbands terminal is very well organized and his boss is a great gentleman. No complaints there! My suggestion is, clean out Human Resources and the benefits coordinator, our health care is important to the drivers and their families, who some, happen to be very sick. Now due to their lack of intellegence, we are in this mess.
great place to work.
