Having zero experience with insurance brokers, and little knowledge of the inner workings of insurance, Shari was an amazing individual to work with. She was patient with my inexperience and most importantly, showed a genuine interest in the well being of my family and I. Although their wasn't a direct benefit to her, she went out of her way to shed light on the marketplace and possible ways to save money when facing extreme premiums.
