The employees were so helpful, answered all our questions, had great customer engagement and made us feel "safe" (pun intended) with the decision we made. Thank you! Would definitely recommend coming here.

I ordered our safe from the manufacturer's website and received a call to schedule installation in just minutes! The delivery and installation guys were prompt, very professional and courteous. We're thrilled with our investment and the care they took in making this a pleasant, stress-free experience. ????????
(January 10, 2019, 2:06 pm)West Coast Safes has an amazing staff with knowledgeable staff who directed me to the perfect safe to meet my needs and even the perfect color to match the location. The delivery of the safe were two gentlemen who were very thorough and leveled, bolted down and instructed me on the workings of the safe, then had me do it myself to assure I understood before leaving. Great experience!
(December 30, 2018, 1:08 am)Great experience. I called them (after finding them on Google), asking about a Liberty safe in a color not normally in stock. After they quoted a 6-week lead time (not as realistic for me due to an impending move), they told me they had a pre-owned Liberty at the next highest level for about half the price, in great condition. It arrived today, in great condition. Brad was great on the sale, and Garrett was conscientious on the delivery, treating my home as if it was his own. I would buy from them again without hesitation.
(November 14, 2018, 12:39 am)Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable associates. They treat you like family and only sell you what you need and/or they truly believe in. They made the shopping experience easy and less stressful. The delivery associates were just as friendly and patient. Talked with to me whole way through and shared with me their experience of safe installations. Helped me in the best placement for a safe inside the home. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
