Awesome service! Don’t mind the bad comments
Outstanding service and blazingly fast shipping. I was looking for some inner cartridge rods for some 2008 KYB converted WP forks. These cartridge rods are discontinued as its an old fork so the rods are hard to find and the guys that DID have them wanted $175 a piece. I was recommended to try Technical Touch USA. These guys are on the ball. I was helped by Melissa who handled my quote and set up the shipping. Not only was their price incredibly low for these rods ($38 each!) the shipping is what kind of blew me away. Melissa had received my order around 2pm on a Friday, they had my package shipped same day and ig showed up next day. Yes I am in the same state but I've literally had similar situations with other vendors where items took over a week to get to me. This honestly blew me away, and I would recommend Technical Touch USA to anyone needimg KYB suspension parts. Thank you guys for a crazy price and fantastic customer service. 5 stars all day.

melissa is a great parts person. she seems very knowledgeable about the whole line she sells. this is rare when ordering parts from any parts supplier nowadays. i got exactly what i wanted and it was shipped out quickly. she followed up as promised about the 2 minor parts on backorder for my stock.
just for your info this isn't really a parts supplier geared toward the end user. it's more for motorcycle service shops and suspension pros as the name of the business kind of implies.
