Got to the airport in less then 5 min since they dropped us off in the rental we used. Easy and convenient for sure. Will rent again with them. Thanks guys at the ONT location it was nice renting with you.

(October 19, 2023, 12:43 pm)These guys are legit. This is the 4x I have rented the 15 passenger van. I even show up the day before I need it… and they make it happen. Super clean. Super nice employees. I highly recommend these guys. And their restroom is super clean.

Shuttle was smooth and timely, check-in process was fast, car was clean, and the drop off process was seamless. Traveling with kids can be stressful. These guys made it easier for us. (July 27, 2023, 6:48 pm)I was in a pinch when my old Audi gave out during the first week at a new job and United Auto Rental saved me. The staff was exceedingly professional and the rates were better than anywhere else. There was no line and the entire process to get the car took less than 10 minutes. They even pulled up the car to the front - true red carpet treatment. The car I rented was a new Hyundai which ran great during the week I rented it. In summary, I would highly recommend United Auto Rental to anyone in need of a rental car in the Inland Empire.

(July 11, 2023, 3:05 pm)I needed a car during my stay, and the prices here were the best deal around. When I got to their office, everyone was really friendly and helpful. The front desk explained things in detail and when I returned the car there were no surprise charges (most of the times when I’m renting a car they add random charges that was not indicated at the beginning but the front desk had explained what charges would occur and why). The process was rather expedient.
The car was in a really good condition, very clean, and ran smoothly.
Overall I would absolutely recommend renting a car here.
