Their customer service doesn't get any better! Ordered an item to be shipped to Canada. Brenda emailed me right away to provide a shipping quote and had it set up to be shipped the same day. Late that afternoon, I realized that I needed a lock nut for my shift knob since I had lost it. Called Blox directly to ask if they could include one and their staff went out of their way to make sure it was included before the package shipped. Brenda sent a follow-up email that same evening at 8pm to confirm that it made the shipment.

HAve ordered multiple things from them over the phone and Brenda is the NICEST lady I have ever spoken to in the aftermarket community. THeir customer service is second to none. THanks for the great help! I will recommend you guys to everyone.

I have stopped by on 2 seperate occasions, once as they were closing. Both times the staff have gone out of their way to help me. I can't stress how much of a pleasure they are to deal with.
