As the only surviving relative to my grandma, I had the responsibility of taking good care of her. However, having to go to work and attend to my other social responsibilities, I could not get adequate time for her. I decided to take are to a seniors home where she could be taken good care of. Ivy Cottages was my best option and after talking with her, she agreed. I contacted the home and they directed me on what to do. I loved their customer care services even to date I love it, they continue to be great. Whenever I want to speak with my grandma, she is connected on the line ASAP.
