A plus customer service. I purchased a copier from them and have had zero issues with it.

They were very professional and quickly assessed all of our office needs to compile a list of everything we needed and why. Got it ordered for us the same day and then followed up with us immediately after it got delivered to make sure everything was in good working order and we didn’t need any further assistance to get it up and going.

Came by to fix our printer. Arrived on time. Fixed it quickly. Was done before he could even get in our way or be an annoyance. Really appreciate that.

Emergency Plumbing & Router sent me a text prior to arrival so I could have my home ready and our dogs put away. When our tech, Chris arrived he was kind, courteous and put a mask on for our safety. He assessed the issue, explained what he was going to do and repaired our leaky shower in minutes using our specific name brand parts. I am especially grateful for his professionalism and will be calling for his service IF we ever need plumbing help again.
