I went here and the owner was 100% with me the whole time pertaining to what was going on with my breaks.
I found out they did oil changes too and I said bet “ sir you just gained a new customer for life” I will only be going here moving forward.

Honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable about thier mechanical craft. Will not cheat you and have you spend unnecessary money and still have a problem !. We all dread going to the auto repair shop but at least going to Brake Professionals they make your experience as pleasant as possible. Guaranteed moving forward you will only want these amazing guys to work on your vehicles.!!! Oh how can I forget. The bathroom spectacularly CLEAN every part of it!!

We went because my mother referred us to this buisness for a oil change. They did a excellent job. They told us it would be a couple hours before they can take us but we only waited 30 minutes..They got the job done good. EXCELLENT ! EXCELLENT ! customer service. I love that they are honest professionals. They gained a new customer.

Had emergency brake issue while traveling in Ontario. Brake Professional was chosen because of positive reviews, the fact they were near our hotel and open on Saturdays. The staff was polite, friendly, professional, shop was clean and well-kept. Diagnostic and repair (replacing front brake pads) all done within 2 hours and at a totally fair price (even knocked some of the cost off). Highly recommended to any in the area who need car repair!
