  Had eye surgery took my Script there to be filled. Was promptly greated by a young woman named Lori. She new how to help me and had all the right answers. Enjoyed my visit and got my 2 pair of glasses. She is People friiendly and let's you take your time deciding. She came promptly to open the door for me as my daughter let me out by the curb. She asked me if I needed any help other then the door. I was using a walker. I will tell you now I hope this business reealizes what a gem they have working there for them. Her name is Lori and off Wednesdays. I will be sure to go pick up my eye wear when she is there. Lot's of help but I watch people and notice who goes the extra mile to make there customers leave with a good feeling. If you are looking for a place to find reasonable eye wear they have a large assortment. Your bill goes up for tinted, non glare, progressive, etc. like any other place. I wouuld return here again my days are over for 4 to 500.00 for just the frames. This business has affordable frames for all customers.
  Again a shout out for Lori, she is the best!

  So I have read multiple if not hundreds of reviews and I always start in the (1) one star category first to see if the complaints are usually repetitive, which they were. I recently came across a new network provider so my usual eye doctor I wasn't able to go to. I've seen the commercials, I've read plenty of reviews then I figured why not give this place a chance because there were still some great reviews. Usually all the one-star reviews stated that they try to push you in and out as fast as possible and that they don't treat you as nicely as their usual eye doctor. Tho on my visit I experienced a completely different side of those reviews. I made my appointment online using their website, it was fast and easy. I showed up to my eye exam 15 minutes prior to appointment like they ask you to do on the website, I was seen quickly, in fact I was seen almost instantly. They gave me the paperwork to start the process so I can fill out my information, once I completed their forms they started my exam which only took about 10 to 15 minutes just like my last eye doctor. There was no rushing in that matter. After the exam was over I was called to the main doctor's office where he was able to go over my information and proceeded to do two more eye test. Once everything was completed someone was ready to meet me outside the door and help me pick out a new pair of glasses. We went over all the information on what I can and cannot get based on my insurance and they were very helpful on helping me understand what I qualify for. Needless to say I purchased my new glasses which will only take 1 week to come in. I'm very satisfied with this company that I am even recommending my parents, friends and other family members to come to this location. I hope this review helps most people especially understanding that there can be a lot of bad reviews but that's all based off personal preference, if they're comparing them to there other eye doctor that they are already familiar and comfortable with then there reviews won't be as honest as it should be.

  No complaints. Customer services was great. Heads up don't expect to get any names brand frames for 69.99 those will cost you more obviously. Still price isn't bad and if anything get the cheap ones and take your prescription somewhere else to get the frames you want.
