I had an excellent experience with Avis Car Rental. The rental process was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was in great condition. The owner of the agency clearly takes pride in their business and it shows in the level of service provided. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their services to others.

My experience at this avis location was A1. Sam took care of me from the moment I walked in. He was able to put me in the vehicle I wanted and found me car seats for the kids. I really appreciate him and it's experiences like this that will keep me using avis.

After a very long flight Avis was able to fix the situation Hertz created after not having the car for my reservation and put me in a luxury SUV and charged me for it.
Sam was able to get us into a car quickly and on our way. Super customer service.
Will definitely use them every time I come to California.
