The staff working the front desk is always very welcoming and professional. The offices are very clean and well maintained. Dr Craddick is incredibly kind and well educated in his field of work. I originally started to bring my son at only 8 months old. After a traumatic birth and suspected birth injury I found myself looking for more natural and holistic ways to treat my son as the typical Drs office wasn't addressing my concerns. I will try to make this short but my son had a lot of popping in hip and shoulder, preferred sleeping on the same side, arched his back screaming etc. He absolutely hated his car seat and would scream and cry for basically an entire car ride until he would just pass out in his seat. After only his second adjustment he no longer cried in car seat. Popping is gone, he sleeps great and my boy is thriving. He's now on the wellness program at 11 months old and I'm now under Dr. Craddicks care myself. Soon my husband also plans to seek care as well. The facility is so clean I honestly let my son just crawl around and touch everything with no fear of germs as they do such a great job of consistently wiping things down. Margaret and Diana are so Welcoming and love the kiddos. They deserve a huge shout out as well being the first faces you see. I always look forward to our appointments!

We are so grateful to dr. Craddick and the whole propel team for their care during two of my pregnancies. The service and atmosphere of is unbeatable, you feel like family from the moment you walk in. It is one of my kids favorite things to do is “go with mommy to the chiropractor because they have all the fun toys”
