I still go with a Venti Iced Americano in the summer and a Venti Americano hot if it gets cold. Star bucks is almost literally everywhere. Still, thery are consistent and you know what you are getting. I like the current cold brew option they have with the extra foam. I have to be careful that I get the sugar free foam.”

“Unfortunately, when it comes to medical, you either find an office with good support staff or a good doctors, but hardly ever both. My son was a patient of Dr. Khin since he was 9 y/o, that’s 8 years. For the first 5 years doctor Khin was AMAZING. He was eager to help him and our family however as Dr.Khin begun to get busier the level of help was not the same. I ended up taking my son to another doctor for a couple of years however when things got worse I went back to Dr.Khin as he knew our sons history. I provided him with a written update of what had gone on while our son was in other care. At that time he was reluctant to really help and just provided mood stabilizers without truly delving in the real issues. Eventually Dr.Khin became dismissive and he even stood us up on one of our appointments, not letting us know we wouldn’t have the appointment that day until 8pm. The support staff back when Araceli was there was great. Now at the Claremont office there is only one young lady who is helpful everyone else doesn’t care. We have transferred to Rancho and seeing Dr. ONYEKONWU-MCGILL. She is very good at listening and really trying to help. She listens and takes your opinion into consideration. The Rancho Staff is ehhh. It depends who you get. They can be helpful but others are immature and will laugh amongst themselves at the patients if they question or get annoyed which is highly insensitive taking into consideration they are dealing with mental health. We do love Dr. Onyekonwu-McGill thus far and I hope that our patient doctor relationship continues to be a positive one.”

Second time was a bit unusual as he moved 2 really big and heavy safes from 1 location to another. He brought all the necessary equipment and manpower for both jobs. Some of those customers are not feeling well, I'm sure, but often the staff gets torn up by the customers because the Dr didn't call in or there's no refills on the prescription. Ive had that happen to me and while frustrating I realize it's not their fault. 99% of my experiences with the staff have been just fine and often they've gone above and beyond!”
