Dr. Chai, Vanessa, and Ashley are the most amazing dream team. My parents had their new patient appointments today and could not stop raving about each and everyone of them. Dr. Chai conducted the entire appointment in Chinese, and even stayed through his lunch to get to really know them and their history. Dr. Chai really epitomizes the "family" in family practice.
