We've had some good caretakers attending to my father. Unfortunately according to some of their schedules, we have not been able to keep some of them consistently for very long, but none the less we have been satisfied and the management has always been very accomodating🙂

Independence assistance provided care for my parents in their home. They not only showed my parents the respect they deserved but treated them more like family then employer. My mother suffers from dementia and all the caregivers were very patient with her, and even helped my dad to understand her disease so he was not always so down about not being able to take care for her himself

I’ve been with this job 4+ years, I love and really enjoy this job I never have any problems, The manager and assistant are always on time when I needed them. I really appreciate this job, my clients, coworkers, managers and assistant. Thank you for working with me and also working for you as well.

Great company. Love everyone who works here. The owner is a very wonderful woman, which is very empowering. That's why this company is a great environment to work in and have your loved ones to be taken care of by this company.

Independence is a great agency to work for. I have been with them for over 2yrs and would recommend anyone who's looking for work.. The staff is great thumbs up..
