Our home we had been in for nearly 19 years. We had done many upgrades to our home and We were nervous that some people might not like the tile/wood flooring / and paint colors we had chosen but they delivered. We had an in home meeting on a Monday and did photos of the entire house and property. We listed a few days later and did an open house on Sunday and by Thursday of that week we were in escrow. Both Mike and Vanessa were in constant contact with myself and my wife and the buyer to make sure everything went smoothly. They both helped us with all of the paperwork and understanding the language of contracts. We had never sold a house before and it was quite stressful for us until they came along to help us. Mike and Vanessa are truly angels! We had very minimal issues with our house and he helped us to fix any problems prior to our sale. New owner loves our old house and has had zero issues so we are proud to have done our part and so happy to have had Sunset Realty help us with our sale.
