  Craig is an excellent clinician with a strong grasp of the evidence based studies and theory that underpin his work. His ability to interact with people and talk to them wherever they are at in their lives and experiences is first rate. If something is on your mind, you should consider talking to Craig about it.

  I saw Craig for exactly a year several years ago for many reasons including various types of trauma, emotion regulation (depression, anxiety, panic attacks), relationships, and distress tolerance. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without him, including becoming a therapist myself. Turned out I had more trauma in an area of my life than I originally realized, and Craig was great and “met me where I was at.” He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable; I felt very comfortable with him. He was compassionate and professional even when I was angry with him (it’s more common than you’d think for a client to be angry with their therapist). Each time I reach a milestone in my life and with each client I work with, I think of things I learned from Craig when I had a similar issue myself. I was devastated when I had to move away and stop therapy, but he prepared me for life so well. He is truly gifted in what he does and I got indredibly lucky to have him as my therapist; anyone would be!

  I have known Craig for many years. He is a thoughtful and compassionate man and a highly skilled and empathetic therapist. I have made many referrals to him for individual and couples therapy. I received feedback that Craig's guidance helped clients work through significant distress and enjoy more satisfying relationships.

  I have known Craig professionally for almost 20 years. I have referred many people to him. Just last week I ran in to someone who went to him for therapy over a year ago. She said he is one of the kindest, compassionate people she has met. She said that his help and support changed her life.
  
  I also would agree that Craig is one of the most caring, considerate people I know. I know him also to be very skilled with theoretical interventions. I understand that he is highly skilled at EMDR. He is a great teacher. I have taken some trainings from him and was very impressed with how he understands theory and can break things down into simple explanations. He inspires me to want to learn more. His passion to make people feel better and stronger is evident.
  
  Another one of Criag's strong suits is his commitment to laws and ethics. He has strong appropriate boundaries, yet you see the genuine humanity shine through.

  Craig Tucker is amazing. I have been to several therapists in the past, but no one has helped me as much as Craig. With his gentle guidance, extraordinary skill set, and patient encouragement, I was finally able to overcome the biggest, most long-lasting obstacle of my life—extreme fear of marriage, to the point of phobia. (I had been engaged twice, many years apart.) I am now happily married, and getting on with an exciting new life with a wonderful man. I only wish I’d come across him or someone like him sooner.
  
  After Craig also did our premarital counseling, my husband and I are both staying with him for occasional “tune-ups.” We can’t say enough good things about Craig for relationship counseling. He is a certified trainer in the Gottman method, which is probably the best and most highly acclaimed one out there currently. He does not push “homework” on you, as some therapists will do, but he does give useful hand-outs and encourages the use of exercises which, if followed, really do help.
  
  I cannot imagine a kinder, more empathetic, but at the same time gently challenging therapist—if your therapist doesn’t challenge you on some level, you’re wasting your money.
  
  If you think there’s a chance your relationship of whatever kind can be saved—and even if you don’t, but are open to trying, or need to heal from one that didn’t work—run, don’t walk, to see Craig Tucker. That is, if he has an opening. Because of his skill and kindness (he once told me he tries to think the very best of all his clients, and I have found that to be true), he is hard to get in with now. But I am pretty sure he will put you on a waiting list. WELL WORTH THE WAIT.
