Recently visited this store an brought my grandkids some jewelry, had great service, good prices, and quick turn around on pieces I purchase.

A coworker of mine recently got me a watch and on my birthday, I dropped it when exiting my car to go to a restaurant. One of the pointers on my watch had fallen off and I was really upset. I happened to be walking around my neighborhood and walked into this shop. The man who I think is the owner was very kind and explained to me that they fall off all the time in watches and in less than a couple of days he repaired the watch at a very fair cost. I recommend my brother to stop by as he told me he had a similar issue with his watch. Now I can wear my watch comfortably again knowing I’m in good hands with Redlands Jewelry and Repair.

Came into the store looking for a chain and the jeweler Miguel was extremely helpful. He had a great amount of selection and was knowledgeable on everything. His customer service was the best, and gave me a good deal on a Cuban link chain. His prices are unbeatable and I will definitely be coming back again.

It’s a very nice store, and the gentleman who helped me a very dependable and knowledgeable gentleman. He stopped everything and worked with me for at least a good hour. I’m not used to that kind of service because it’s really not out there anymore. It is here, and I highly recommend this man and his store to everybody. You will not be disappointed. The work he did on my ring was superior I’ve never had such good work. Thank you
