The facility was nice, clean. The staff was so wonderful. Everyone if them. They took the time to talk to me, explain the procedure and even laughed at my bad jokes. I was very comfortable through the whole MRI procedures.

I came in with all kinds of issues. These ladies took care of us very well. They were amazing. Keep up the good work!!

I think I’ve left a review for this site before I had an MRI done of my thoracic and lumbar today which is October 13, 2023. I got checked in quickly waiting room was empty because I think I was the first patient,front desk Staff was extremely nice and congenial like always. After filling out some paperwork I got called back pretty quickly, my technician I believe her name is AZ,was so nice and accommodating.The test went pretty quickly. So far I have no complaints about this place. Everyone is very nice very professional and accommodating and the place looks nice and clean.😊

The facility was proactive with getting my appointment scheduled and following up for approval with my insurance company.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly as was the technician. They were running about 15 minutes behind though, which I guess isn’t bad considering my appointment was at 8pm.

Another positive is their long hours and the fact that they’re open on the weekend.

All of the staff were friendly at this sight. When I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and only waiting a short time. The assistant was also informative and kind. The technician, explained, step by step, his proceeder and was very caring. He also made sure I left knowing what to expect, both from the injection I had and the results I would be getting.
I would recommend this location to anyone having to get an MRI.
