Great discipline, my son did amazing here, it even did wonders for his grades! The coaches are amazing, and the workouts are great! DEFINITELY recommend it.

So i dont usually do any kind of reviews but if i can help someone make their mind up, if they want to give bjj a try i figure why not? i have been working with the Pinnacle mma family for about two months now, i say family because thats what you get. it doesn't matter if you are rich, poor , black, white or green!. You get welcomed with open arm'bars lol.......this isnt some cure all though, you get out what you put in! And soon you start to realize that this isnt about the mats anymore its about everday life, and as you find yourself in a hard spot off the mats, you are not shakin because you know how strong you are from testing yourself on the mats. so if you are sitting wondering if bjj is for you, you have already answered the question just by asking. you are never too old , out of shape ,or too weak to do bjj. it builds strength, stamina, and mental focus. if nothing else its a great workout. I started two months ago at 210lbs, along with some changes in my diet, i am now at 180lbs and feeling amazing!! So to wrap it up, you have absolutely nothing to lose but the regret of never knowing!! Ohhh yeah and your first class is FREE! Thanks Pinnacle!

Pinnacle MMA is a great place to train for men and women of all ages and skill levels. The coaching is top notch, the academy is large and functional, and the vibe is very welcoming. I've trained at several martial arts academies all over the country and in comparison, Pinnacle holds up to its name!
