Carlos was great! Helpful and communicative and prompt. There was another guy who helped me but I can't remember a name, he help fixed a small fix right then and there! Great staff all around

Just picked up my car and I am impressed at the care taken throught the process. I received daily texts with status updates, my car was finished a day early and when I picked it up it was washed and detailed better than it has ever been! My car looks brand new and the customer service was top notch. I hope I never need body repairs again, but if I do I would definitely return and recommend to everyone I know.

My experience with Caliber Collision was awesome. I took my vehicle here due to damage on my rear bumper. Carlos Jimenez was very professional with handling everything for me. He kept me informed throughout the whole time my vehicle was being repaired. They did a wonderful job on my car. I couldn’t even tell that my car had been hit from behind. My car was ready by the date that was given to me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. The Redlands location has great customer service and staff.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision. Everyone that I came into contact with was super professional and nice! Eric S was the consultant that helped me with my car. He was super understanding and helped me every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with me about my car, was very patient and did a thorough job with what was needed to fix my car!
