The store manager provided us with everything we needed without waiting for a medicare approval, even though my mother was only here temporarily. She then "borrowed" a portable oxygen concentrator from a competitor and loaned it to us to get my mother home on the plane. The manager stayed late and went out of her way to get my mother home safely.”
