Birrieria Guadalajara

For 5 dollars the quesabirria was pretty good. The flavor wasn't as strong as I'm used to so but it also wasn't as greasy a bit on the lighter side which for me was good. The sauces have a good kick help offset the lighter taste. A little odd to eat next to a strip club with the family or the fact they had a bug zapper inside 🤔 but besides those points good value 👍

I just came to Birreria Guadalajara and this employee named Carina, she was very nice and she’s really spot on with her work. I couldn’t decide what to order, so she helped me with out with some suggestions and boy… she was knew what she was talking about! This birria was DELICIOUS. Thank you Carina, I’m definitely coming back for more.

Love the birria here! The flavor is amazing. The service is good, *Carina* took my order, and treated me great, the cook behind the grill greeted and acknowledged me, which is always nice! The atmosphere matches the food. It's my go-to place for not having to make it at home.
