I am a truck driver and my English is not very good.. but as truck driver for the last 5 years, I had some bad experiences with Amazon too. Costco wait time 3 hours, Walmart minimum 4 hours. Rialto Amazon was very friendly, their system was very efficient and they made me change my views on Amazon. Because delivery finished early I was able to go home and spend some quality time with my family. I really appreciated it and wish other companies could learn from them. As a truck driver getting unloaded on time is all we want. Thanks again!
